It's been eighteen years. If you stepped into Boskos today would think it was a brand new restaurant. The original owners have kept the same attention to detail that has made this trattoria one of the Napa Valley's best. In fact, it's been voted that in Independent reader polls. Boskos has built its reputation on pasta made fresh every day in our kitchen and paired with the tastiest of ingredients and sauces. Our ravioli and gnocchi with fresh tomato, garlic and basil are one of the best. Or perhaps you would like a Gorgonzola cream sauce? Again the emphasis is on freshly made sautéed to order dishes. Smell the aroma of our delicious pizzas and panini as they emerge from out wood fired oven, or maybe polenta with sausage is what you're in the mood for. Delightful salads and appetizers round out the menu, but save some room for our Italian desserts! This place has it all, from the old stone building erected in the 1800's, to the warm friendly atmosphere you feel when you walk through the door. Located in the center of beautiful Calistoga.
